شرکت وند به مناسبت هشتم مارچ -روز جهانی زن-، پروژه‌ی کلکین را راه‌اندازی کرده که در این پروژه قرار است روی تقویه‌ی مهارت‌ها و فرصت‌های شغلی برای زنان و دختران افغان کار شود. در پایین جزییات بیشتر را از زبان بنیانگذاران می‌توانید بخوانید.

ماموریت پروژه

افغانستانْ، همسایه‌ هم‌زبان و هم‌فرهنگِ ما، این روزها هنگامه‌ تاریکی و سیاهی است؛ آفتِ جهلْ بر خرمنِ اندیشه و روشن‌رایی افتاده و در این معرکه، زنانْ محکومینِ اول و آخرند. راهِ ناهموارِ دانش‌اندوزی و کار کردن، حالا برای زنان این سرزمینْ به کلی مسدود شده. اما ما باور داریم که زنانِ افغانستانی به عقب بازنمی‌گردند و راه «روشنی» را بلدند.
ما به بهانه‌ روز جهانی زن (هشتم مارس) می‌خواهیم دستی بلند کنیم به سویِ همتْ و توانِ زنانِ افغانستانی تا در این روزهای تلخ بتوانند مهارتْ بیاموزند و کار کنند و محو نشوند.
مسئولیت اجتماعی‌مان را گره زدیم به آنچه که از علم دیزاین می‌دانیم؛ حاصلش شد ایده‌ برگزاری برنامه آنلاین آموزشی «کلکین» که هدفش باز کردن مسیری هرچند کوچک برای مهارت‌آموزی و استقلال مالی زنان افغانستان است.
شاید دانشگاه‌ها را بسته باشند؛ شاید مدارس را تعطیل کرده باشند؛ شاید زنان شاغل را از کار بیکار کرده باشند؛ شاید موفق به تنگ‌کردن عرصه‌های فعالیت اجتماعی برای زنان شده باشند؛ شاید زنان را خانه‌نشین کرده باشند؛ اما… ما باور داریم تا زمانی که زنان به مسیرها و فرصت‌های مهارتی دسترسی دارند نمی‌توان آینده را از آنان ربود.



شرح پروژه

پروژه کلکین تلاشی است برای مهارت‌آموزی به زنان افغانستانی که به‌دلیل شرایط سیاسی حاکم بر این کشور، از آموزش و دسترسی به بازار کار محروم شده‌اند. گروه هدف این پروژه، علاقه‌مندان، هنرجویان و دانشجویان علاقه‌مند به رشته‌های گرافیک، طراحی و دیزاین ساکن کشور أفغانستان، یا آنهایی است که ناچار به ترک وطنشان شده‌اند و از سویی نیز مشتاق فراگیری این مهارت‌ها جهت یافتن شغل و کسب درآمد هستند. در این پروژه آموزشی و مهارت‌محور، به شرکت‌کنندگان متناسب با سرفصل‌های طراحی شده، در قالب کلاس‌های تئوری و عملی۲ ماهه، مهارت‌های لازم آموخته می‌شود و پس از آن به بازار کار وصل می‌شوند. از جمله شرط‌های حضور در دوره‌های آموزشی، آشنایی مقدماتی با نرم‌افزارهای گرافیک و طراحی است. متقاضیان برای شرکت در دوره باید فرم ثبت‌نام اولیه را تکمیل کنند و پس از بررسی و ارزشیابی اولیه، در کلاس‌های تئوری و عملی شرکت خواهند کرد.
این پروژه مهارت‌آموزی چند دوره دارد که در بازه‌های زمانی مختلف برگزار می‌شود. دوره اول و فعلی متشکل از چند فصل آموزشی مقدماتی و تکمیلی است و در آن شرکت‌کنندگان، مباحث مرتبط با فرایندهای دیزاین، نرم‌افزارهای طراحی گرافیک و وب‌سایت را از اساتید تراز اول هر حوزه فرا می‌گیرند. علاوه بر این مدرسان دوره، کارگاه‌های رفع اشکال و اجرای پروژه‌های عملی تمرینی، چگونگی مدیریت پروژه‌ها و نحوه ارتباط و تعامل با شرکت‌ها را به شرکت‌کنندگان دوره‌ها آموزش می‌دهند. در پایان نیز شرکت‌کنندگان چند پروژه عملی را با راهنمایی‌های مدرسان می‌گذرانند و چنانچه دوره را با موفقیت طی کنند، برای آنها گواهینامه صادر می‌شود و به شرکت‌های حامی کمپین جهت دریافت سفارش کار به صورت پاره‌وقت و فری‌لنسری وصل می‌شوند. مشاوره و راهنمایی فردی و گروهی با اساتید دوره، دیدار با دیزاینرها و سفارش‌دهندگان نیز از دیگر بخش‌های پروژه مهارت‌آموزی کلکین است

پروژه کلکین با مشارکت شرکت مشاوره برندینگ وند و تعدادی از شرکت‌های همکار برگزار می‌شود. این شرکت‌ها علاوه بر اینکه حامیان معنوی دوره‌ها هستند، در عین حال پذیرفته‌اند در زمینه شغلی نیز از برنامه حمایت کنند. این حمایت شامل مشورت و راهنمایی برای ورود به فضای بازار کار و سفارش پروژه است.

The University of Bologna offers to deserving international students who wish to register for First Cycle, Second Cycle or Single Cycle Degree Programmes at the University of Bologna for a.y. 2022/23:

• study grants of €11,000 gross (Unibo Action 2);
• tuition fee waivers (Unibo Action 1).

The study grants and the tuition fee waivers are assigned on the basis of SAT and GRE, and some TOLC tests, for one academic year.

Requirements

You can apply for Unibo Action 1&2 if:

• you are in possession of (or about to obtain) a valid qualification for access to your chosen degree programme, issued by an Institution outside of the Italian education system. Students holding a diploma issued by an Italian school established outside Italy can apply as well.
• You will take one of the following tests by the application deadline:
  – if you are interested in registering in a First or Single Cycle Degree Programme, the SAT and/or TOLC test
  – if you are interested in registering in a Second Cycle Degree Programme, the GRE test.
• You are less than 30 years old upon the deadline of the call for application.

The SAT, GRE and TOLC are aptitude and skills assessment tests which can be taken in authorised centres in several countries around the world and online (if this modality is offered by the managing institutions). You must register for the tests on the websites of managing institutions.

SAT And GRE tests are in English. TOLC test is available in English and Italian language.

Call for applications Unibo Action 1&2 – GRE (for students who are interested in registering in a Second Cycle Degree Programme)

• Publication of the call for applications: 3 December 2021
• Applications deadline: 31 March 2022, 12.00 CET
• Publication of results: May 2022

The application must be submitted exclusively through Studenti Online.

Important: you must take the SAT, GRE or TOLC test by the application deadline. The only upcoming date to take the SAT outside the U.S.A. is 12 March 2022, with registration deadline on 11 February 2022. 

Remember to send your scores to the University of Bologna selecting the codes 6993 for the SAT test and 7850 for the GRE test. Send them in due time to meet the deadlines set in the call for application for receiving the scores.

According to the order of the ranking, winners will be assigned Unibo Action 2 study grants until all the grants are used up. Next, winners in the subsequent positions will be assigned Unibo Action 1 tuition fee waivers, until the entire budget is used up. It is not possible to receive both benefits.   

Renewal of Unibo Action 2 study grants and Unibo Action 1 waivers awarded in a.y. 2021/22

The University of Bologna offers Unibo Action 2 study grants and Unibo Action 1 waivers for a.y. 2022/23, reserved for students who were awarded the same benefits for a.y. 2021/22.

In order to obtain the renewal you must apply by the deadlines set in the call for applications, be in possession of the requirements set in the call for applications and be placed among the winners in the ranking list. Renewals are not awarded automatically.
